Grace Academy’s Summer Program runs Monday through Thursday (with the exception of the first week, which runs Tuesday-Friday), 9:00am-12:00pm. Camps begin Tuesday, May 26 and go through July 30.
We offer a variety of camps for children age three to eleven. Our Summer Program is STREAM based, so all of our camps are centered on science, thinking (problem-solving), reading, engineering, art, or math. Our Summer Program always culminates with Vacation Bible School, which will be held July 27-30.

Lions Jrs is celebrating it’s 26th season. Come join our celebration this summer at one of our summer camps!! Lions Jrs/1st Alliance is one of the most respected and successful volleyball clubs in Chicago. For more than 20 years, our athletes and coaches have excelled at the highest levels of competition, both locally and nationally. 1st Alliance/Lions Jrs has had over 415 athletes playing in college since 1999. In the past 10 years, we have averaged over 25 athletes playing volleyball in college, which ranks 2nd in the Nation! Since our inception, we have also compiled an enviable record at USAV/AAU/JVA Junior Nationals with 8 1st place finishes, 14 2nd place finishes and 15 3rd place finishes. Our summer camps will be run by the same high-level coaches that have helped set these records. Camps will be leveled within each session so that each child is challenged appropriately. These camps are open to both male and females in grades Pre-K to 12th. (Positional specific camps are also offered).

A revised version of the traditional Summer Day Camp program will be offered from Monday, July 6th through Friday, August 21st. The Community House will host camp from 8:00am-4:00pm daily. At this time the maximum number of campers is 40; we will divide children into groups of 10 maximum according to age (and siblings). The safety of the children, staff, and community remains our priority. To minimize potential risk small groups of campers will stay together all day, each day. Registration will be on a weekly basis, we will not have a daily registration option, and drop in campers will not be permitted.
School may be out, but that doesn’t mean learning stops. The Community House Summer Camps give children an opportunity to continue growing in a structured environment that is designed with merriment in mind. Because learning should always be fun! At The Community House, we specialize in providing young people with opportunities to engage that are unique to their interests and allow them to take a deep dive into developingnew skills. LyArts Camp
Spend the summer of 2020 learning about art in some of the best, most inspiring decades – 1980, 1990 and the 2000’s. Plus, choose between a number of additional week-long art camps that suit you best, like Comic Book Camp, Role Playing Games Camp, Music Production Camp, Puppetry Camp and more. (Ages 6-12)
Volunteer Camp
Make a difference this summer and volunteer. Volunteer Camp is being offered for 6 weeks; campers may sign up for the entire 6 week camp or individual weeks. Following an orientation to volunteering, campers will travel by van from The Community House to a different location each morning where they will engage in community service projects. Participants will receive a t-shirt and pizza lunch on Thursday of each week. (Ages Entering 7-9 th Grade)
Whole Child Learning
Summer vacation does not mean your child has to stop learning. Whole Child Summer Camps at TCH promote learning through exploration, creativity and most of all, fun. Camps include, but are not limited to Baking, Lego Engineering, Invention Camp, Vet Science and more. (Ages 5-12 years)
Youth Enrichment Camps

Yes!!…we are having summer camp!! Your kids will LOVE our summer camps! We will offer camps for two small groups (up to 10 campers in each). Each group will be separated with 3,500+ sq ft per group to ensure social distancing and safety. We are excited to re-open and are confident with our space and layout to effectively deliver a great and safe camp experience! Camps run from June 15 through August 14, with morning and afternoon (and full-day) sessions. We also have after-care from 3:30-5:30!

Zion Lutheran ECEC invites your preschool age children, 2 1/2 to 6, to join us for Jump Into Summer during the two weeks between Preschool and Summer Camp. Children will experience preschool with extended outside time and activities. 8:45-11:15AM.
Summer Camp: June 8 – Aug. 3rd
Campers will participate in themed-based activities appropriate for the child’s age group.
Activities include games, music, outdoor exploration, creative art, language arts, Jesus Time, snack and free-choice time. Each theme is explored for a week. Your child can enroll for the number of days and weeks that fits your family’s summer schedule. This hands-on and interactive camp encourages learning in a fun and relaxed environment. 9-12PM.
