What’s your favorite family activity in the Hinsdale, Western Springs, La Grange, Clarendon Hills Area?
My favorite family activity in Hinsdale is playing tennis at Burns Park or at Salt Creek or going to the local pools. I also like going to the local farmers market in the summer.
How many children do you have and what are their age(s)?
I have 2 children. A daughter in 1st grade that just turned 7, and a son in 2nd grade who is 8 years old.
How long have you lived in the Hinsdale/WS/La Grange/CH Area? What made you decide to live here?
I have lived in the area for 8 years. We moved here from the city. My husband was working at Elmhurst Hospital and the commute was brutal with I-290 always being under construction. As soon as I was pregnant, I told him “Babe we can finally move to the burbs!”. We love the sense of community, the tree lined streets, having a backyard and the ease of parking.
Where’s your favorite place to eat and/or shop in the Hinsdale/WS/La Grange/CH Area?
Some of my favorite local places to check out are Kelsey’s, Lepa Boutique, RedE mas then getting a blow out or cut at The Salon by David and William. I love grabbing a bite to eat with my family at some of the local restaurants like Nabuki, Il Poggiolo, Fullers, or Baldinelli’s. My kids and I love walking over to the Hinsdale News Agency to grab treats and candy.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I love to dance. In high school, my 1st job was a Bar/Batmizvah party dancer. There was a dj and party host, I would dance with the kids and get guests on the dance floor. It was so much fun!
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
Finding the Hinsdale Moms group was a life saver. It got me out of the house and helped me interact with other Moms that are going through the same thing and same stage of toddler life. It really does take a village!

I am so thankful and grateful for the local support. There are many places you can go and I’m truly blessed to have a business that the local community supports and believes in. Results matter!!! I am so fortunate and blessed to be able to keep my doors open even with the pandemic. We have been in business for 5 years now!! So thank you again, from the bottom of my heart to our community for not only supporting small businesses, but also supporting women owned businesses too!!
