Share a little bit about your family and kids.
They are the perfect Disney ages! Isabella is 7, Oliver is 5, and Mason is 2. All three had a great time on our trip.
How did you find WDW Park Planners?
My babysitter told me about seeing the service on a BumbleBaby Instagram post.
What was it like traveling to Walt Disney World during COVID?
It was super easy and safe. We didn’t have any hesitations or problems being at the parks. Disney has done a great job managing health and safety during all of this.
Share about your experience working with WDW Park Planners.
It was the best experience for us. We truly felt like we had a private concierge with us every step of the way. With 3 kids, a lot of plans change, so it was nice to have Colleen to text and help us find our best quick solutions. She went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday so special by finding a bakery that hand delivered the cake to our dinner. She booked all of our private transportation from our resort to the parks and would send daily confirmations. The communication and organization made the trip so relaxing (and Disney is not always relaxing for moms!).
How did WDW Park Planners help your family most on your Disney trip?
Colleen took full control of our plans and provided a personalized, printed itinerary book for us to travel with in the parks. She adjusted plans I made (prior to finding her service) that better fit our kids and schedule, booked all of our dining reservations and private transportation during the stay, and so much more!
What did you enjoy the most about using the Concierge Service?
I would never travel to Disney World without this service. Colleen is pure magic.

What’s the latest at Disney World in Orlando, FL?
While things may look a little different, the magic of Disney is still there! Parks are currently limited to 35% capacity (subject to change) and require park reservations to enter. More and more resorts and restaurants are reopening each month but are still operating at limited capacities. Park Hopping (the ability to visit more than 1 park per day) has returned as of January 1, 2021. Guests are anxiously awaiting news of the nighttime shows and fireworks returning! 2021 will definitely start to get back to a “new normal,” but with slightly lower crowds than usual.
