Trust me, I have been there, 40 lbs overweight, with no energy, confidence on the roller coaster ride of yo yo ing. After much trial and error at a young age, I finally made a change for good. Educational Presentations: Want to offer your friends, family or employees the gift of education about how food effects their everyday lives? Lesleigh provides educational presentations on various nutrition topics to help you get the knowledge you need to live a healthier life.
