Even with the extra “time” on my hands, I still don’t love to cook. Here are 3 recipes that are quick, easy, kid and hubby approved that I thought you might enjoy! Hang in there 🙂
First up is a recipe for the MOST delicious ciabatta bread, best of all NO bread machine required!
Ciabatta Bread
Ingredients:
4 cups flour (Bread or All Purpose)
1/4 tsp active yeast
2 tsp salt
2 cups warm water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon until sticky. Cover with foil and let sit for 18HOURS. Oil baking sheet deflate dough with spatula. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
The bread pairs perfectly with this Bolognese that I can’t stop making!
