BASE is a fitness and human performance training facility featuring (2) locations in La Grange & Burr Ridge, IL (Coming Spring 2021). We are committed to offering the best in movement, strength, conditioning, and sports performance training, delivered by our in-house developed, educated, and certified specialists, trainers, and coaches. Our full-time training teams are committed to the constant pursuit of knowledge, providing education, individualized feedback, and analysis following each members complimentary 60:00 baseline day. These sessions conclude with a full breakdown and review of current state movement, exercise physiology considerations for age/level, and specific training prescriptions, to ensure clients progress and achieve their results safely and efficiently. Each one of our facilities features: artificial turf (space to move), strength training equipment (racks, dumbbells 1-200lbs, functional cable trainers), treadmills/rowers/ergs/sleds/misc. conditioning pieces, as well as complimentary towel, water, and a fueling station for clients completing any of our services:

Energie Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio owned by a local Hinsdale area mom specializing in contemporary, athletic pilates. We offer both group classes and private instruction so that you can find the perfect workout that fits your needs and your lifestyle. At Energie, you will find pilates reformer, Demi-bar pilates, mat pilates and multiple cardio style classes to allow you to customize your workout for your body. Each class or private session will strengthen, lengthen, tone and add flexibility, while challenging muscles you never even knew you had!

Our goal is to keep you healthy and safe! All of our equipment and props are sanitized after each use and reformers and mat stations are 6 feet or more apart. In person classes are extremely limited in size to ensure proper spacing and social distancing. High touch areas are sanitized throughout the day, and the entire studio is deep cleaned weekly.
